Empower Agent Portal

KW Empower runs four market centers in Middle Tennessee: Music City, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Southern Middle. The Empower portal puts everything an agent needs from their office behind one login. The Agent workspace organizes the day into hubs (Transactions, Data Studio, Marketing, Learning, Office, Resources), each scoped to the agent's own office, with Ask Bob one click away in the header. The same codebase serves the Leadership and Website workspaces, and each person only sees the workspaces they actually hold.

  • One login for about 900 agents across four KW market centers.
  • Three workspaces (Agent, Leadership, Website) from one codebase; each person sees only the ones they hold.
  • Office-scoped hubs for transactions, training calendars, contract videos, compliance, reservations, and floor duty.
  • Data Studio and Ask Bob built into the agent rail.
  • Responsive down to a 390px phone.
  • 643 commits, 93 database migrations, and 368 test files since April 2026.
