About

I'm Evan Ransom. I'm a real estate agent in Middle Tennessee, a technology director, and the person agents call when their tech makes them want to throw their laptop out a window.

I've spent years embedded inside real estate brokerages, not as an outside consultant dropping buzzwords from a slide deck, but as someone in the trenches selling houses, coaching agents, building systems, and fixing the things that break at 9 PM the night before a listing goes live.

I run ACTIVATE, a productivity coaching platform that operates across multiple Keller Williams market centers. I build AI tools, automation workflows, dashboards, portals, and marketing systems for agents and brokerages. I previously produced a YouTube series on AI in real estate and ran a 66-day AI Challenge that pushed agents to integrate AI into their daily workflows.

I work with Zapier, n8n, custom GPTs, Looker Studio, Monday.com, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and whatever else the job requires. If it touches real estate tech, I've probably built something with it or broken something trying.
