The Experience Portal

The Experience team was taking orders through Formstack, collecting assets through Content Snare, and tracking the work on a Monday.com board. The Experience Portal replaces all three. Members pick from a catalog of order types, from listing packages to yard signs, and watch each one move from received to in progress to awaiting approval, with a proof-approval loop built in. The team works one queue with rush items on top and an onboarding board for new members. Events and photo shoots handle capacity and waitlists, and leadership gets reporting with CSV exports and a monthly report.
